STADIUM GRAND OPENING @ SDSU

Grammy Award-winning talent Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum and more kick-off the opening weekend of the new stadium at South Dakota State University.

Beckon was tasked by the sponsors and university to produce the stadium opening concert with a turn-key solution.

Development

Beckon developed, negotiated and executed the stadium opening concert with some of the largest names in country music. Additionally, Beckon was responsible for establishing a new traffic control, parking and security plan, along with new Food & Beverage processes, Ticketing & Box Office management and permanent signage for the University.

Execution

With over 23,000 in attendance for the single day event, SDSU was able to show off their new stadium, complete with national press coverage.

Success

Beckon set a new precedent of live entertainment at SDSU, which will be modeled after for years to come.
